Everyone is different. Everyone will lose weight differently and in different places. Everyone’s activity level is different. Even if you do the exact same things that I do, you won’t lose weight at the same rate. You may lose weight faster, or you may lose weight slower. The key to losing weight is to find your groove. Keep your weight loss goal in sight and do whatever you have to do to get to that weight loss goal. Just remember that it’s impossible to be anyone but you. However, you can be and do your best.
